In order to show the wholesale order form to your users, you must first select all the user roles that should have access to wholesale orders. Please note that when you add a new wholesale role, you should also add it to the list in Form Permission.
To add wholesale roles to the list of roles that have access to the quick order form, from the left menu select Wholesale – Order Forms, then edit main order form and add roles after clicking on Settings – Form Permission.
